Your appointment is reserved just for you, and I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. However, to provide the best service to all clients, the following policies are in place: Cancellation Policy I kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled time will result in a 50% charge of the service cost to the card on file, which was collected during booking. No-Show Policy If you fail to show up for your appointment without any notice, you will also be charged 50% of the service cost to the card on file.
